H.A.V.E.N. stands for the Hawkins Advanced Ventilation Efficiency Network — our home-comfort protection program, run right here by the Hawkins team and backed by Accurate Air Solutions.
What it costs — Plans start at $19.99/mo (Essential). Most homeowners choose Plus ($39.99/mo) or Pro ($69.99/mo). See all four tiers below.

Do the plans really include a smart thermostat?
Yes — every plan includes a smart thermostat with professional installation on eligible systems. Communicating systems are excluded from the thermostat offer but still get all the plan benefits.
How does billing work?
Monthly auto-pay by card on file or ACH bank draft, on a 1-year service agreement. Pricing is per unit on Platinum; the other plans are flat regardless of the number of units.
Does maintenance really prevent breakdowns?
It catches most of them, keeps your energy bill down, and protects your manufacturer warranty, which usually requires yearly service.
