Every plan starts with a top-to-bottom look at your system — so you know exactly where you stand, with no guesswork.
- Inspect thermostat operation and system controls
- Check air filter condition and overall airflow
- Inspect condenser and evaporator coils for cleanliness and wear
- Test capacitors, contactors, relays, and key electrical connections
- Measure refrigerant pressures and temperature split
- Inspect blower motor, condenser fan motor, and moving components
- Flush and inspect the condensate drain line and pan
- Check full system operation and note recommended repairs
- Inspect visible water lines, shut-off valves, and exposed piping
- Check faucets, sinks, toilets, and fixtures for proper operation
- Inspect drains for slow flow, blockage signs, and leaks
- Evaluate water heater condition, connections, and safety components
- Check water pressure and look for abnormal pressure issues
- Inspect hose bibs and accessible exterior connections

It's a simple monthly membership that keeps your home comfortable and your system healthy — a smart thermostat, regular maintenance, priority service, and (on higher tiers) covered repairs. H.A.V.E.N. stands for the Hawkins Advanced Ventilation Efficiency Network.
What's included with every plan?
Every plan includes a HAVEN smart thermostat with professional installation on eligible systems, plus app control and system monitoring. Higher tiers add tune-ups, priority scheduling, and repair coverage.
Who sets the price and terms?
We do — plans are a flat monthly rate (Platinum is priced per unit). It's a 1-year service agreement with monthly auto-pay. Financing on a brand-new system, if you ever need it, is separate and handled by First Financial Bank.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Give us a call and we'll help. It's a 1-year agreement and payments are non-refundable once billed, but we're always happy to talk through what fits.
What if I have a communicating system?
Communicating HVAC systems are excluded from the smart-thermostat offer but still get every other plan benefit. We'll confirm what fits during your inspection.
